Welcome to La Belle Boutique & Beauty Lounge, located in the heart of Monticello, Iowa. For more than 12 years, we’ve been proud to serve our community by combining boutique fashion, salon & spa services, and family-oriented care—all under one welcoming roof.

Our Story & What Makes Us Unique

We are three women, mothers of young kiddos, who came together with one dream: to create a place where women feel empowered, pampered, and beautiful. As stylists ourselves, we understand the transformative power of both fashion and beauty. Over the years, we have grown into a full team—with four talented hairstylists (including the three owners) and a dedicated front-desk manager committed to your smooth, personal experience.  

 

What makes us truly special? From the ground up, our boutique and salon reflect our family roots. Everything you see here—from the renovations to the shelving units—is handcrafted by our husbands. It’s a true family business, built with love, craftsmanship, and care.  We’re more than stylists and boutique owners—we’re moms who love camping under the stars, dancing at concerts, and escaping to warm destinations whenever we can. We pour that same joy, creativity, and authenticity into every part of our business.
